Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, without damage, fingerprints, or wear, and with any included batteries, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@laserclassroom.com. Do not send items back to us without prior authorization.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping, import duties and a restocking fee will apply.

Laser Pointer Return and Refund Policy

Unused laser pointers can be returned within 30 days of delivery for any reason for a full refund, less shipping and a $3.25 restocking fee. Any returns past the 30 day period will be refused except in the case of manufacturing defects. All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

All products returned must be in original boxes and 100% complete, with ALL original packing materials, all manuals, unused batteries, and other accessories, otherwise returns will be refused. Any shortages, errors, or damages made to the shipment must be notified to our customer service before returns.

The return shipping cost will be paid by the buyer. When the return is delivered, we will inspect the condition to ensure the next customer will be happy with it. If it is not in the original condition, the refund will not be issued. If we approve the return request, please use the most economical way and ship back to the address we provided. 

In the case of manufacturing defects, inaccurate orders, or damaged items, please contact us immediately with photos or videos to describe the problem. In most cases we will replace or refund these items.

Refund and cancellation guidelines

All orders may be cancelled if your request is received and acknowledged by us before the package is shipped. We usually ship within a few hours and do not have 24/7 monitoring of email, so we can't guarantee your request will be seen right away. Please email us at orderchanges@geniuslabgear.com immediately with any cancellation requests or address updates. 

Refunds, including shipping costs, will be given for the following reasons:

  • A manufacturing defect is discovered within 30 days of delivery
  • Products arrive damaged, or package is damaged and items are missing (requires photo/video proof within 2 days of delivery)
  • Package contains the incorrect items

Refunds will NOT be given for the following reasons:

  • Package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address as a result of the error of the customer. (Only the item cost will be refunded, less a $3.25 restocking fee.)
  • Package is returned to us due to missed customs payments, mail forwarding, or a delivery hold that is not picked up on time. (Only the item cost will be refunded, less a $3.25 restocking fee.)
  • Package is delivered successfully by the courier but lost or stolen at the delivery address. 
  • Customer requests order cancellation after package has been shipped. This item is still eligible for returns by the normal process.
